Please do not confirm Kern and Rodenhurst. Date -J13 2021
I have deep concerns about the transparency, potential conflicts of interest and unethical client/financial ties that these
two appointments have. Please do due diligence and research the appointments with utmost scrutiny. `There is ample
evidence in all the testimony before you and the contentiousness brought forth from these appointments.
Additionally, I question that neither actually meet the minimum qualifications for the positions that they are
appointed to.
Sadly, if confirmed, this will likely be challenged in court and cost the county in exuberant and unnecessary court
fees.
Our community deserves and needs better than this.
