Aloha,
I came across the attached which was from February 1, 2019 concerning Kona Three (formerly Kona Vistas LLC and Gamrex,
Inc.). I am sorry that my scanning capability comes up with seven documents. I have labeled them so you can read them in
order.
The comment about the access road being a private street would seem incorrect now that the noted street has now been
dedicated to the county and just today, the street lights have been replaced with LED units (long overdue).
What is interesting is the original plan, presented by Richard Wheelock at a Kona Vistas HOA BOD meeting, also called for I
Leilani Street, less than 100 feet from my home,to be another street. We wondered how that could happen since that would
take it through the property of the Calvary Community Church,which has some 15+acres, running from the Hwy. 11 at the
bottom to the referenced street, Kekuana'oa Place. (Can't figure out how a street with no cul-de-sac, but instead a barrier,
could be designated a Place, not a Street. Another issue to resolve.
