My name is Buddy (William) Loeffler and I am writing this testimony in strong support of Zendo
Dern for County Planning Director,
My wife Carolyn and I started our Construction Company over 30 years ago. We are a small,
local company and we value all the relationships we have built along the way.
Over the years we've had countless interactions with Engineers, Developers, Consultants,
Homeowners, and other local businesses. One working relationship that stands out is with
Zendo Kern. I have known him as a fellow Contractor, a Construction Consultant, and as one of
our Council Members.
in my experience of working with Zendo Kern his professionalism, communication, planning and
scheduling skills have all been a 10 on a sliding scale. He is extremely knowledgeable and has
experienceworking with both the Public and Private Sector. 1 have witnessed Zendo's steadfast
representation of his clients and his ability to utilize his creativity to manage unpredictable
situations. I believe he will make positive and sustainable changes and be an invaluable asset as
both a Planning Director and as a representation of our County.
I strongly support Zendo Kern for the Planning Director position,
