Aloha,
I am submitting testimony in strong opposition to Zendo Kern being designated as the head of the Planning Department. He does
not possess the qualifications that I believe are required to succeed in this important position. Additionally, it has been brought to
my attention that he has been involved in some questionable developments on this island over recent years.
The head of the Planning Department needs to be filled with the most qualified person. Mr. Zendo Kern is not that person.
