After reading the recent op-ed piece by former council member Brenda Ford on the nominations of Zendo Kern for Planning Director
and Ikaika Rodenhurst for Director of Public Works, I have serious concerns that both nominations are controversial, include
significant questions of conflict of interests and are possibly illegal. I also share the concerns of the Sierra Club.
