She is now eligible to serve a full 5-year term. <br /> As noted previously, Ms. Cardwell is a long-time resident of Hawai'i, a small business owner <br /> and licensed massage therapist. She initiated the "Plastic-Free Big Island Group", to educate and <br /> involve our community in the reduction of plastic consumption, and is an active participant in <br /> Surfrider initiatives, including the testing and monitoring of area water samples. If confirmed, <br /> Ms. Cardwell will serve a full 5-year term to end December 31, 2025. <br /> Your continued favorable confinmation is requested.
