Your Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations, and Economic Development, to which
was referred Communication No. 94, reports as follows:
Transmitted by Mayor Mitchell D. Roth, via Communication No. 94, dated January 8, 2021,
submitting for the Council's review and confirmation the appointment of Ms. Amy Self of
Council District 2 to the Board of Ethics.
Ms. Pomaika`i Bartolome, Executive Assistant to Mayor Roth, said she was honored to be
present to nominate Ms. Self as she is spirited and very knowledgeable. Ms. Bartolome noted
that while Ms. Self was not able to attend the committee meeting on this day, she plans to be
present at the County Council Meeting on February 17, 2021,to answer any questions Council
Members may have for her.
If confirmed, Ms. Self will serve a five-year term to end December 31, 2025.
Your Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations, and Economic Development is in
accord with the purpose and intent of Communication No. 94, and recommends confirmation of
the appointment of Ms. Amy Self to the Board of Ethics.
