Subject: Testimony in Support of Palamanui Developement
It is not often a quality development comes around and agrees to the types of community benefits Palamanui will
provide. To have a community that will benefit and support our local community college and assist in its future
development is far over due in West Hawaii!
In addition, moderate price housing for the average family is almost unavailable and to have a self contained
community in which our roads will not be as affected due to the interior commercial plan is a community we should
all embrace!
Also providing additional mixed use commercial and industrial land which is very limited and needed to support our
lifestyle is a terrific benefit and very well placed and designed to support our cargo from the Harbor and Airport! The
onl mixed use land currentlyavailable has sold all but 4 of its 40 lots and this just shows how important this land is

us in our growing population demands and is not often thought
