Dennis Lin nomination to the Windward Planning Commission

and other planning RULES and REGULATIONS. Mr. Lin is currently a Project Manager for HPM Building e "'
Supply. HPM's Building Supply website and television ads boasts that they are 100%employee owned. --�
Not that long ago HPM Building Supply had a specific interest with Bill 179 Factory Built Homes.An employee 7.9
sitting on the planning commission whom has a voice that reviews and makes recommendations regarding s.9 p'
rules and regulations issues could have a positive financial effect for his employer, coworkers and himself. If >. _
nominated Mr. Lin would have to recuse himself from a diverse number of actions within the commission.
Mr. Lin seems impressive and is involved with the community but he shouldn't be on the planning commission.
I oppose Dennis Lin Nomination for the Windward Planning Commission. My name is Michael Cadaoas and I
live in Mtn. View which is Councilman Matt Kanealii-Kleinfelders district. I'm appealing to you Mr. Kanealii-Kleinfelder and the
members of the County Council that you consider my testimony with honest resolve.
