AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-449 AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 19 2020 TO JUNE 309 2021.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Kalaniana`ole Avenue Reconstruction $ 10,000,000
(110.388.5381.61)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 10,000,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
