Aloha Councilmembers,
Please revise Bill 5!
It should not be that by bureaucratic negligence (or cowardice) approvals become a default mechanism. This is truly
wrongheaded and irresponsible policy making that will come back to bite us all!
If there are health and safety issues, or a project is abandoned, and the Planning Director won't act, allow the public to go
directly to the Planning Commission.
