I am writing in. support of Reso. 35-21. As a ball bondsman and engaged citizen my experience w/grassroots here ort
Hawa1\1 Island has led me to speak up during economy stream meetings and call for workforce development train111g
for the susceptible 16-24yr old age range.
In addition to the Job Corps playing an essential role in moving Hawai'i toward a more circular and diversified
economy, I strongly believe supporting the process within our young adults to discover individual purpose will be an
i vestment bearing great return over decades to come. Everyone has skills and talents, they just need the opportunities
to develop and express them. Job Corps is a key piece to the puzzle within the framework of a "Fixed Hawai`i."
