This presentation is being requested to include public vs.private <br /> sewer systems,the ongoing coastline concerns of Puako, Alii Drive, and Keaukaha, and other <br /> county or private wastewater facilities or potential facilities island-wide,wherein budgetary <br /> factors are evident and must be considered prior to the upcoming budget process and prior to any <br /> identified masterplan.
