Aloha Councilmembers,
I wholeheartedly support Communication 112, the appointment of Deborah Ward to the Public Access, Open Space,
and Natural Resources Committee. Debbie has extensive knowledge of the unique ecosystems of Hawai'i Island, from
her university studies, her experience as a farmer, and her years of advocacy for environmental protection. She
is familiar with government processes, and is a hard-working, diplomatic tearn player. She will be a tremendous asset
to PONC.
