COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 13 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21 16 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-449 AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 19 2020 TO JUNE 309 2021. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 20211 <br />is hereby amended by establishing the program appropriations listed on the attached <br />Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax <br />Increase funds which is in the following account of the Capital Projects Fund. <br />2271.33 Fuel Tax Increase 10-12 $10,546.40 <br />TOTAL: $101546.40 <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br />not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br />without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
