RE: A Bill for an Ordinance to Repeal the Nonspeculative Residential Use Real
Property Tax Dedication
Attached is a bill to amend Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-53 and repealing Chapter 19,
Article 7, Section 19-58.1 and Section 19-58.2 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition),
which established the Nonspeculative Residential Use Dedication program.
