Your Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations, and Economic Development, which
was referred Resolution No. 49-21, reports as follows:
Resolution 49-21, introduced by Committee Chair Heather Kimball, seeks approval for the
Hawaii State Association of Counties' ("HSAC") Executive Committee Slate of Officers, as
required in the HSAC Bylaws, Section 5.
There was no discussion on this resolution.
Your Committee on Governmental Operations, Relations, and Economic Development is in
accordance with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 49-21, and recommends its adoption.
