Aloha Council Chair David and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Michael Bell of District 7 to the Water Board.
Mr. Bell is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He graduated from West Hawai'i Explorations
Academy and is currently the General Manager of Body Glove Cruises.
Mr. Bell is an active community service volunteer serving as Vice President for the Sustainable
Tourism Association of Hawai'i and a board member for Visitor Aloha Society of Hawai'i and
Community Forums. He is also a board member and Program Services Chair of the Kailua
Village Business Improvement District. If confirmed, Mr. Bell will serve a five-year term to end
December 31, 2025.
