This memorandum is being submitted to request 30 minutes to update the Council on recent Hawaii
State Association of Counties (HSAC) activity including planning for the HSAC Annual Conference to
be held on Hawaii Island this fall, 2021, and a legislative update on HSAC's priorities.
Please place this item on the appropriate committee's agenda on March 16, 2021. Thank you for your
