Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 54-21, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 54-21, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako via Communication No. 128
dated February 11, 2021, amends Salary Ordinance No. 20-40 by amending Section 3(b) to change the
title Administrative Assistant to the Legislative Auditor to the Administrative Assistant to the County
Auditor and the Legislative Auditor to the County Auditor and 7.01(b) by changing the name of the
Office of the Legislative Auditor to the Office of the County Auditor and Administrative Assistant to the
Legislative Auditor to the Administrative Assistant to the County Auditor.
The resolution reflects changes in the 2020 County Charter as voted upon by a Charter amendment on
the ballot during the 2020 Election.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 54-21, and
recommends its adoption.
