Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants —
National Instant Criminal Background Check (MICS) Act Record Improvement Program account
($545,760); and appropriates the same to the MICS Act Record Improvement Program account.

Facilities Plan — County ($300,000), and Puako Facilities Plan — State ($1,500,000). Funds for
this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund — Fund
Balance and/or Other Sources ($300,000) and State Capital Improvement Project Funds
