A.!ar Y{,«,,,ra Youth Art Month in the County of Hawaii. During my three decades of
r involvement with EHCC as a professional artist on the Big Island, I've

`''�NOL exhibitions, and in our Youth Arts Series, created by our Executive

However, I've also noted a unique disconnect between the creativity
celebrated and nurtured in childhood education, and enrichment of this

community through integrating that creativity into professional

opportunities for young adults. It is a large part of our mission at EHCC,
r ,Iris to bridge this gap by establishing diverse programs in support of arts for
.i our children, but also transitional programs to ensure that creative

humanity.
