'Phis is literally a NON-SENSE bill that should never be acceptable to you - as it is unacceptable to your constituents
who put you in office to represent us, and who would certainly bear the consequences of Bill 5. Who's idea WAS

As a simple example (that I should not even need to point out to you!!):
A developer applies for permits.
The proposed project would or could impact adjoining property owners.
The department does not act on the application (for whatEVER reason -from this pandemic- to a hurricane, to good-
ol-bay favoritism).
Voila - impacted neighbors' (whom you are supposed to represent) right to participate in the permitting process,
hearing, etc., are GONE because YOU voted to pass Bill 5.
This NON-SENSE bill is careless and thoughtless_._. reckless really. .2
