Dear council members,
Bill S needs to be rewritten so that permits are not automatically approved. They must be denied if the council doesn't
review it before the deadline, otherwise unwanted and incomplete applications will be passed. This doesn't make
sense to me.
Please don't pass this bill the way it is.
