Dear Council Members,
i am writing in full support of Bill 25. The Puako community has been scientifically studying our reef for twenty
years and trying to develop a solution for over a decade. I fully support a community wide wastewater
treatment facility to protect the Puako reef and its waters. My family and I spend time in these waters and want
to leave it in better condition for your grandchildren. In addition, the community has donated millions in
donations and volunteer hours to ensure we are doing the right thing. I urge you to pass Bill 25.
