As a resident of Puako (69-1927 Puako Beach Dr.) I wish that you would vote in favor of Bill 25: the $1.8 million of
state money that has been designated for the Puako Wastewater System. These are important funds to complete all
environmental assessment and preliminary design reviews of possible solutions to the wastewater Puako residents
produce.

It is important that you pass Bill 25 because it has been over 10 years that Puako residents have been working on this
to improve and protect our valuable Puako reef and its waters. Currently there are numerous times that the Puako
waters have shown high bacteria counts which are unsafe by County standards. The Puako reef is not only enjoyed by
residents, but by many locals and tourists as it is one of the best coral reefs on the island. Let's save our reef and have
clean waters i
Please VOTE YES on Bill 25 and save our reef and waters!
