Please support a Waste Water System in Puako by approving funds for the environmental assessment an preliminary design

reviews.
Puako has one of the most pristine reefs in all of Hawaii. The absence of a community wast water system is degrading the reef.
It is in the best interest of the whole island to protect this area.
It is of historic importance.
