1, and the vast majority of my fellow Puako residents, fully support the installation of wastewater treatment facility
here in Puako. Such a facility is needed to protect our reef and allow us to swim safely in the ocean. We have
pursued this matter for many years. You are now in a position to help us in our efforts to do something that needs
to be done and are hopeful that we can count on you for your support.
