We are respectfully request that a breach be authorized to <br /> submit this resolution after the February 26, 2021 submission deadline, and that this <br /> resolution be waived from the Finance Committee and placed on the March 17, 2021 <br /> Council agenda in order to ensure that these monies are available to be spent as quickly <br /> as possible.
