Roth, dated February 23, 2021, <br /> submits for the Council's review and confirmation the nomination of Cortney Okumura to the <br /> Game Management Advisory Commission. A motion to move Communication No. 165,to full <br /> Council with a positive recommendation was made by Council Member Holeka Goro Inaba; <br /> seconded by Council Member Susan Lee Loy. <br /> Introduced by Pomaika`i Bartolome, Executive Assistant to Mayor Mitch Roth, Cortney <br /> Okumura has been a Hawai`i resident for sixteen years and is employed as the Director of <br /> Human Resources, and Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of The Kohala Center. <br /> If confirmed, Ms. Okumura will serve a term ending on December 31, 2025. <br /> Nominee Okumura addressed Your Committee appreciating the opportunity to serve the County <br /> of Hawai`i. Council Members noted their appreciation of her willingness to serve and for the <br /> knowledge she will bring to the Game Management Advisory Commission. With a favorable <br /> vote, Committee Chair Herbert M.
