SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of Research
and Development to provide a grant to the St. James' Episcopal Church for the Pa`auilo Community
Meal Program at St. Columba's Episcopal Church to help the community during the COVID-19
pandemic and recovery period.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$3,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
