SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of Research
and Development to provide a grant to the Laupahoehoe Train Museum, a designated Resilience Hub,
to support essential community services during the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery period.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
