SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Hawai`i Environmental Restoration(HER) for
expenses related to the conservation and preservation of the Keau`ohana State Forest Reserve.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
