SUBJECT: Resolution No. 72-21, Draft 2; A Resolution Transferring/Appropriating
Contingency Relief Funds to the Office of the Mayor for the Hawai`i Island Chef
Challenge Show
Attached is Resolution No. 72-21, Draft 2. Resolution No. 72-21 was amended with the contents
of Communication No. 174.1, as duly approved by the Council on April 7, 2021.
The Council'voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council,which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 72-21, as amended to Draft 2.
