Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development toprovide agrant to the Lions Club of Kona Community

Foundation, Inc., (LCKCFI) to assist with expenses for its educational outreach efforts.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$4,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
