To Whom it May Concern:
On behalf of the Hawaiian Acres community, we, the Hawaiian Acres Community Association
(HACA) and the Hawaiian Acres Road Corporation (HARC) formally request a feasibility study
for an Improvement District with the purpose of improving roadway infrastructure within the
Hawaiian Acres Subdivision.
In April 2020, a survey (attached) was sent to the Hawaiian Acres Community indicating over
80% of the 700 respondents were positive about the Improvement District. Additionally, in March
2021, HACA and HARC voted unanimously in a joint executive meeting to proceed with this
next step.
This is an opportunity to understand how to best move forward to improve our infrastructure.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Doug Schabell I President, HACA
