priority number fourteen for purchase in the 2020 Annual Report of the Public Access,
Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission.

Provides $15,000 from the Department of Research and Development to the University
of Hawaii to fund its "Sustaining Hawaii County Agriculture: Resources to Detect
Banana Bunchy Top Virus"project. Funds will be used to lease a fluorometer and
purchase reagents to perform tests.
