Re: Resolution No. 75-21, Draft 2; a resolution to conduct a study to address the lack
of available and affordable property insurance.
Attached is Resolution 75-21, Draft 2. Resolution 75-21 was amended with the contents of
Communication 178.3, as duly approved by the Council on April 21, 2021.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 75-21, as amended to Draft 2.
