Roth, dated March 1, 2021, transmitting the proposed Capital Budget for FY 2021-2022 and the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years from Fiscal Year 2021-2022 to 2026-2027, which includes 66 projects requiring a total appropriation of$188.78 million.
