Aloha Hawaii County Council, I am a resident of Kailua-Kona and I am
submitting my testimony supporting Councilmember Villegas' resolutions 80-
83 pertaining to purchasing open land in the Kona area. I believe the creation
of watersheds and preservation of local culture is a great investment and is a
