Aloha mai kakou,
My name is Levi Perreira-Bean and I am a sophomore at Ke kula "o Ehunuikaimalino. In
this paper I will be stating my opinion on res 80-21,res 81-21 and res 82-21 and what I think the
state should do with the land. As a sophomore in high school and raisedin the country I really
think that the state should save the land and not build on it I think that i should turn into
agricultural land for Hawaiian Homes and let the Hawaiians take care of the land, this gives the
hawaiians on the hawaiianhomes list for a chance of getting agricultural land to plant native
hawaiian plant of their choice so that the native hawaiian plants don't go extinct. For me
personally I don't think it's a good idea to build more homes considering it's not for the hawaiians
and it's mostly for the wealthy tourist/non hawaiians. I think we have more than enough homes
and buildings for the tourists and non Hawaiians and I think we should consider making more
agricultural land for hawaiians to plant and raise animals. After all this is what us hawaiians
have been doing for generations and.I don't wanna lose that knowledge for the future
generations. In conclusion I think that the state should sell the properties to Hawaiian Homes
so that Hawaiian Homes can clear it out and fence it off and.divide it into 5acers each and.give it
to people on the list for agricultural land. Mahalo for listening to my idea on their properties.
