Space.
1Banyans is the favorite surf spot for the entire island. It is famous for its annual keiki surf
contests. This sport is a Hawaiian cultural practice and it gives Hawaii people a sense of
place. There are very few undeveloped lots along the oceanfront and this one impacts the surf
community at large. The community managed to stop a 5 story condo, 20 feet back from
shoreline. We have a willing seller and we must stop building up our ocean front. It causes
erosion and pollution and makes our ocean unsafe to enjoy. Please purchase this space for the
community,
