Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit,to which was referred Resolution No. 110-21,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 110-21, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy at the request of the
Administration, and transmitted via Communication No. 224 dated April 20, 2021, by Deputy
Corporation Counsel Dalilah E. Schlueter, authorizes accepting the dedication of Roadway Lot 398 from
Hilo Hillside, LLC.
The subject parcel, 2-4-075:070, is situated at Kukuau 1St, District of South Hilo, as described in Exhibit
A and delineated in Exhibit B.
Deputy Corporation Counsel Dalilah Schlueter explained this resolution allows the County to accept the
dedication of Roadway Lot 398 and reviewed all of the attachments.
Chair Lee Loy thanked Ms. Schlueter for her great work product.
Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 110-21, and recommends its adoption.
