These funds will be used to assist with outreach and engagement services in West Hawai`i. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $6,000 to the OHCD's Homeless Taskforce account within the Housing Fund. The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the May 19, 2021 Council Agenda in order to expedite the processing of these funds.
