Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and
Recreation to provide a grant to Hawaii Rise Foundation for the Honomu Resilience Hub to support
the Summer Learning and Recreation Program for keiki during the summer of 2021.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $8,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —

Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and
