Re: A Communication to Discuss Capital Improvement Projects with the Planning
Department, Office of the Mayor, and Department of Finance
I would like to request a 45 minute discussion regarding the Capital Improvement Project List
and Budget. This communication requests that the Planning Department coordinate with the
Office of the Mayor and Department of Finance to submit a list of Capital projects that will be
funded in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 or are expected to be started and/or completed within the
Fiscal Year 2021-2022. The list shall include the project name, location, expected start date if
applicable, funding source, submitting department and total funding encumbered to date.
I am requesting this be placed in the Finance Committee for the meeting to be held on May 18,
2021.

community-based decision making.
