WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman David and Hawai`i County Council Members:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are withdrawing our request for an
attorney-client confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the
County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter, including
discussion regarding litigation filed by Kathleen Lucero, on behalf of her client,
Hizson Lin-Kee, set for Wednesday, May 19, 2021. This matter should instead
properly be heard before the Water Board.
