Farr County Executive Hawaii County Office on Aging FROM: Caroline Cadirao 4-4-Ah Director Executive Office on Aging SUBJECT: INTENT TO AWARD STATE FUNDS FOR KUPUNA CARE FOR SFY 2021 Subject to the availability of funds, the Executive Office on Aging (EOA) intends to award the County of Hawaii, Hawaii County Office on Aging additional state general funds for the provision of Kupuna Care services in the amount of One Million, Three Hundred Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Three dollars ($1,304,863.00). Funds will be released on a quarterly basis through modifications to contract ASO Log No. 20-195. Please be advised that funds are based on a funding formula EOA utilizes to disperse State funds between all four counties in Hawaii. These funds are subject to the allotments to be made by the Director of Finance, State of Hawaii pursuant to Chapter 37, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
