Aloha,
To whom it may concern. My name is Wai`ala Ahn and im writting to submit
testimony in favor of financing/purchasing PAHOEHOE OF LA'ALOA using the public
open space funds to protect and preserve this vital location for present and future
generations. Thank you for your time and consideration on such an
important matter.

TMK 7-7-008: 120 AND 124 Land Area (Acreage): 29.8 acres
*This parcel would connect Magic Sands Beach, Kipapa Park and would go all the wa yto
Kuakini Hwy. IF the Res.81-21, Magic Sands of La'aloa PONC Parcel (8.8 acres) is
purchased, that property would connect towards the top of this parcel. With climate change
we need green open space and natural landscapes to help filter water back into our aquifer
system. We do not need another Waikiki. This land also has many archeological structures
and burials to preserve and to protect.
