Contingent on PONC purchase of Res.81-21, Magic Sands of La'aloa PONC Parcel, the purchase
of Res. 82-21: PAHOEHOE OF LA'ALOA TMK 7-7-008:120 AND 124 would make a super
park/family park area for locals and tourist alike. The time to purchase is now because these
great parcels do not come available too often. This parcel would connect Magic Sands Beach,
Kipapa Park and would go all the way to Kuakini Hwy. IF the Res.81-21, Magic Sands of La'aloa
PONC Parcel (8.8 acres) is purchased, that property would connect towards the top of this
parcel. This land also has many archeological structures and burials to preserve and to protect
and showcase, We need more open space not condos.
